1. Analyze competency gaps and identify training needs to develop effective training programs.
2. Plan, deliver, and coordinate managerial, retail, and product training programs efficiently.
3. Conduct post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
4. Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control.
5. Onboard retail staff, office staff, and business partners with professionalism.
6. Train in-store trainers and design in-store training tool kits.
7. Perform regular in-store field coaching and report findings to the retail team.
8. Drive NPS and CEE results through training initiatives.
9. Collaborate with the Global Training Team to implement training programs locally.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or hospitality.
2. Strong skills in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery.
3. Mature, confident, and positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing skills.
5. Passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talent.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
