- Analyze competency gaps and identify training needs to develop effective training programs.
- Plan, deliver, and coordinate managerial, retail, and product training programs efficiently.
- Conduct post-training evaluations to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage training administration and exercise budgetary control.
- Onboard retail staff, office staff, and business partners with professionalism.
- Train in-store trainers and design in-store training tool kits.
- Perform regular in-store field coaching and report findings to the retail team.
- Drive NPS and CEE results through training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Global Training Team to implement training programs locally.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong skills in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery.
- Mature, confident, and positive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and influencing skills.
- Passion for fostering a learning culture and developing talent.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
