1. 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment, or management experience in luxury retail.
2. Experience in a global retail environment in a similar position is appreciated.
3. Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
4. Ability to travel internationally.
5. Strong project management skills.
