- Lead the development and implementation of the global retail training strategy to enhance client experience and commercial performance.
- Assess, design, and develop comprehensive retail training plans and tools, including in-store, classroom, and digital formats.
- Cultivate a cohesive retail training community across all regions and training levels, from headquarters to local trainers.
- Monitor and follow-up on training roll-out in collaboration with regional training and management teams.
- Foster a culture of strategic coaching and feedback among store managers to drive performance and elevate client experience.
- Manage, engage, and develop retail training teams at both headquarters and regional levels.
- 10 years of experience in training design, development, and deployment.
- Previous experience in a global retail environment in a similar role is preferred.
- Certification as an Insight Coach is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in digital training and gamification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Photoshop, and digital tools.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 10 years in training design, development, and deployment, preferably within a global retail environment.
