2. Deliver engaging training sessions to retail teams and store managers.

4. Reinforce client experience standards and structured selling rituals across the retail network.
5. Observe in-store behaviors and provide structured feedback to drive performance improvement.
6. Facilitate training on advanced selling techniques, cross-selling, and conversion improvement.
7. Develop clienteling capabilities, CRM usage, and long-term client relationship building.
8. Support store managers in building a strong coaching and feedback culture.
9. Promote understanding of retail performance indicators and commercial awareness.
10. Collect field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methodologies.

3. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
4. Ability to influence and coach in field environments.
5. Knowledge of retail KPIs and performance drivers.

7. Fluency in English.
