- Collaborate closely with the Training Manager, Market Directors, Store Management, and Training Ambassadors to identify training needs and tailor programs in alignment with brand values.
- Plan and execute in-store coaching sessions for retail teams, ensuring adherence to company service standards and procedures.
- Conduct training programs aimed at cultivating a positive, performance-driven culture within stores.
- Partner with the Training Manager to develop additional training content supporting Global Training initiatives.
- Ensure the brand image is upheld and the highest level of luxury client experience is delivered, supporting the brand's client-centric vision.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery, quality, and cost of training programs, including planning and scheduling of the training calendar, venues, and participant logistics.
- Stay informed about new trends and tools in employee development and competitor activities.
- Oversee training administration, exercise budgetary control, and maintain accurate records of attendance and logistics.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to training and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
- In-store selling experience to enhance retail training components.
- 2-3 years of corporate experience.
- Strong passion for fostering a learning culture and talent development.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel up to 50% of the year.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs and PC-based applications.
- Mature, confident, and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills to work across different cultures and staff levels.
- Self-starter with solid organizational and influencing skills, capable of working autonomously.
A minimum of 3 years in training and development, with a preference for experience in the retail or hospitality sectors.
Bachelor’s Degree in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
A competitive salary range of $75,000 USD to $95,000 USD, dependent on experience, skills, and geographic location.
