- Participate in the sales ceremony, including customer greeting and consultation.
- Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a relevant and compelling manner.
- Assist in the follow-up of alterations.
- Collect customer contact information and update the client database.
- Aid in the reception, labeling, and display of products.
- Contribute to product replenishment and store organization.
- Participate in inventory preparation.
- Support stock organization.
- Beginner in the sales function with a strong interest in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, and/or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Exceptional presentation, service orientation, and persuasive skills.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity.
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
