Balenciaga Retail Operations Assistant Intern

1. Support the implementation of global retail operations strategy.
2. Assist in the development and harmonization of global retail processes.
3. Aid in the creation of one-pagers to facilitate key process adoption.
4. Participate in the collection and analysis of market needs.
5. Contribute to the analysis and comparison of customer experience indices.
6. Assist in improving follow-up and action plans based on visit results.
7. Help determine and optimize the scope of evaluations.
8. Manage boutique uniforms and update grooming guidelines.
9. Assist in organizing photo shoots in collaboration with the studio and product teams.
10. Aid in stock management and optimization (orders and restock requests).
11. Supervise communication flow between headquarters and boutiques.
12. Identify needs and issues of boutique teams.
13. Contribute to the development of new tools in collaboration with the MIS team.
14. Participate in the adoption of new applications for boutique teams.
15. Support the management of various retail tools (packaging, drink service, stationery, etc.).
16. Assist in organizing and animating monthly Retail Operations meetings.
17. Coordinate monthly calls (agenda, creation of materials, etc.).

1. Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations.
2. Interest in customer service and retail experience.
3. Organized, autonomous, and operational with respect for deadlines.
4. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
5. Excellent communication skills, sociable with good interpersonal skills.
6. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to explain technical concepts simply and understandably.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of rigor.
9. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent in English.
10. Availability for a 6-month paid internship.
