- Support the implementation of global retail operations strategy.
- Assist in the development and harmonization of global retail processes.
- Aid in the creation of one-pagers to facilitate key process adoption.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of market needs.
- Contribute to the analysis and comparison of customer experience indices.
- Assist in improving follow-up and action plans based on visit results.
- Help determine and optimize the scope of evaluations.
- Manage boutique uniforms and update grooming guidelines.
- Assist in organizing photo shoots in collaboration with the studio and product teams.
- Aid in stock management and optimization (orders and restock requests).
- Supervise communication flow between headquarters and boutiques.
- Identify needs and issues of boutique teams.
- Contribute to the development of new tools in collaboration with the MIS team.
- Participate in the adoption of new applications for boutique teams.
- Support the management of various retail tools (packaging, drink service, stationery, etc.).
- Assist in organizing and animating monthly Retail Operations meetings.
- Coordinate monthly calls (agenda, creation of materials, etc.).
- Direct experience in retail and/or retail operations.
- Interest in customer service and retail experience.
- Organized, autonomous, and operational with respect for deadlines.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, sociable with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply and understandably.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of rigor.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent in English.
