Balenciaga Retail Excellence Manager

- Develop and implement the Retail Excellence strategy for Southeast Asia & Oceania, including special projects, operating plans, and budget management.
- Ensure adherence to Retail Excellence standards in line with brand guidelines to maintain consistency in image, service, and customer experience.
- Create and manage customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
- Lead the Customer Experience Evaluation process and collaborate with local retail teams to implement improvements.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to translate insights into actionable plans supporting sales objectives.
- Supervise the Retail Training Manager to ensure training initiatives support service quality and customer journey standards.
- Collaborate with local and HQ functions on special initiatives and in-store activations.
- Stay informed on industry and luxury retail best practices, sharing insights with regional and HQ teams.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in retail management, training, and/or development within specialty stores or international luxury brands.
- Proven track record of implementing initiatives and driving business results in the Southeast Asia & Oceania markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and fashion sensitivity.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders and execute strategies effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in digital retail tools and data analysis.
- High level of self-initiative and result-driven mindset.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years in retail management, training, and development within specialty stores or international luxury brands, with recent senior-level experience.
