- Draft and publish internship and apprenticeship job advertisements across relevant channels
- Source and shortlist candidates using job boards and targeted sourcing techniques
- Conduct telephone pre‑screenings and coordinate candidate interviews
- Brief hiring managers and ensure consistent follow‑up on candidate pipelines
- Monitor recruitment dashboards and key HR indicators to inform decision‑making
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and initiatives led by the Paris headquarters HR team
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Highly organised with rigorous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in recruitment and talent identification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English in an international environment
- Candidate sourcing on job boards
- Telephone pre‑qualification and interview facilitation
- Interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination
- Dashboard monitoring and basic HR metrics tracking
- Manager briefing and candidate follow‑up
- Strong written and oral communication
- Organisational and time‑management skills
Internship‑level role suitable for a Master’s student. Prior exposure to recruitment or HR via previous internships is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Human Resources or equivalent.
