1. Draft and publish internship and apprenticeship job advertisements across relevant channels
2. Source and shortlist candidates using job boards and targeted sourcing techniques
3. Conduct telephone pre‑screenings and coordinate candidate interviews
4. Brief hiring managers and ensure consistent follow‑up on candidate pipelines
5. Monitor recruitment dashboards and key HR indicators to inform decision‑making
6. Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and initiatives led by the Paris headquarters HR team

1. Enrolled in a Master’s program (Master 1 or Master 2) in Human Resources or a related discipline
2. Highly organised with rigorous attention to detail
3. Genuine interest in recruitment and talent identification
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to communicate in English in an international environment

3. Interview scheduling and stakeholder coordination
4. Dashboard monitoring and basic HR metrics tracking
5. Manager briefing and candidate follow‑up
6. Strong written and oral communication

Internship‑level role suitable for a Master’s student. Prior exposure to recruitment or HR via previous internships is advantageous but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in Human Resources or equivalent.
