Balenciaga Quality Manager

- Coordinate and evolve the Quality System, strengthening processes and introducing new strategies for parameter definition and process monitoring.
- Coordinate testing activities in collaboration with the Supply Chain to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Ensure product quality from the start of production, closely monitoring process adequacy in collaboration with inspectors.
- Previous experience in a coordination or responsibility role within Quality/Production departments of structured manufacturing companies.
- Solid experience in managing complete projects from risk assessment to series production release.
- Deep knowledge of industrialization phases, process monitoring, quality manual drafting, production start audits, ramp-up monitoring, and series production management.
- Knowledge of physical and chemical specifications for industry-standard tests to ensure product compliance.
- Proven theoretical knowledge and practical application of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and continuous improvement.
- Advanced reporting skills to identify emerging issues and coordinate problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Preferable experience as a process and product auditor.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in a coordination or responsibility role within Quality/Production departments of structured manufacturing companies, with a focus on project management and process auditing.
