Balenciaga Quality Manager

- Coordinate and enhance the Quality System, strengthening processes and introducing new strategies to implement parameter definition and external process monitoring flows (Audit).
- Coordinate testing activities, liaising with the Supply Chain to ensure timely and effective execution of activities.
- Ensure product quality from the start of production, closely collaborating with inspectors to monitor process adequacy.
- Previous experience in a coordination or managerial role within Quality/Production departments of structured manufacturing companies.
- Extensive experience in managing complete projects from risk assessment to series production release.
- In-depth knowledge of industrialization phases and production process monitoring, quality manuals and plans drafting, initial production audits, ramp-up monitoring, and series production management.
- Familiarity with physical and chemical specifications of industry-standard tests to ensure product compliance.
- Proven theoretical knowledge and practical application of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and continuous improvement.
- Advanced reporting skills to identify emerging issues and coordinate problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Preferable experience as a process and product auditor.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Significant experience in a managerial role within quality or production departments, with a focus on project management and process auditing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
