1. Coordinate and enhance the Quality System, strengthening processes and introducing new strategies to implement parameter definition and external process monitoring flows (Audit).
2. Coordinate testing activities, liaising with the Supply Chain to ensure timely and effective execution of activities.
3. Ensure product quality from the start of production, closely collaborating with inspectors to monitor process adequacy.

1. Previous experience in a coordination or managerial role within Quality/Production departments of structured manufacturing companies.
2. Extensive experience in managing complete projects from risk assessment to series production release.
3. In-depth knowledge of industrialization phases and production process monitoring, quality manuals and plans drafting, initial production audits, ramp-up monitoring, and series production management.
4. Familiarity with physical and chemical specifications of industry-standard tests to ensure product compliance.
5. Proven theoretical knowledge and practical application of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and continuous improvement.
6. Advanced reporting skills to identify emerging issues and coordinate problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
7. Preferable experience as a process and product auditor.
8. Proficiency in English.
9. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Significant experience in a managerial role within quality or production departments, with a focus on project management and process auditing.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
