1. Develop and manage Quality Assurance and Product Compliance processes in collaboration with the Quality Manager Shoes.
2. Conduct risk assessments for collections and ensure consistent updates and dissemination.
3. Create and improve department KPIs and procedures for Quality and Compliance.
4. Define testing parameters and tolerances in collaboration with technical and supplier teams.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
6. Define training content for Quality and After Sales for each collection.
7. Monitor compliance with chemical testing procedures on production batches.
8. Establish a rapid and effective chemical risk management system for production batches.
9. Adapt to regulatory changes and participate in defining new processes to ensure chemical and legislative compliance.

1. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, not necessarily in footwear.
2. Strong analytical skills and a team-oriented mindset.
3. Proficiency in English (B2 level) for daily use.
4. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with PLM and BI software.
