1. Assist in the production of collections, special projects, and capsule collections.
2. Liaise with production factories.
3. Participate in and assist with the organization of fittings, including note-taking and photography.
4. Update and archive information on PLM systems.
5. Participate in detail reviews and normalization fittings.
6. Monitor washing and wear tests.
7. Send fabrics and supplies to factories for TDS creation.
8. Follow up with suppliers on TDS scheduling and progress.
9. Manage the dispatch, labeling, and tracking of prototypes.

1. Currently enrolled in a Fashion School, Business School, or equivalent program.
2. Fluent in English and French.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
4. Dynamic, reactive, and organized with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Interest in fashion and luxury industries.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in a fashion or luxury context is highly valued.

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
