Balenciaga Plant Industrialization Specialist

- Conduct construction trials by studying patterns using CAD skills for model analysis and optimization, identifying potential improvements and solutions for production timelines and processes, and manually completing item construction to ensure consistency between digital design and physical construction.
- Monitor internal production to ensure adherence to technical and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Trainers, Team Leaders, and line operators to identify issues and propose solutions to enhance production efficiency.
- Transfer knowledge to the production department by interacting with leatherworkers.
- Draft operational ranges, assign standard times to various production phases, and contribute to department balancing to optimize workloads and improve overall process efficiency.
- Plan and manage individual and team projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in prototyping and/or production.
- High school diploma.
- Knowledge of leather goods production processes.
- Proficiency in technical drawing using CAD (knowledge of Mozart software is a plus).
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in prototyping and/or production is required.
