Balenciaga Plant Industrialization Specialist

- Conduct construction trials through pattern study and utilize CAD expertise to analyze and optimize models, identifying potential improvements and solutions for production timelines and processes, while manually completing item construction to ensure consistency between digital design and physical creation.
- Oversee internal production to ensure adherence to technical and quality standards.
- Collaborate with trainers, team leaders, and line operators to identify issues and propose solutions, enhancing production process efficiency.
- Transfer knowledge to the production department, liaising with leatherworkers.
- Draft operational ranges, assign standard times to production phases, and contribute to departmental balancing to optimize workloads and improve overall process efficiency.
- Plan and manage individual and team projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in prototyping and/or production.
- High school diploma.
- Understanding of leather goods production processes.
- Proficiency in technical drawing using CAD (knowledge of Mozart software is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
- Project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Good command of English.
