1. Manage administrative tasks including supplier interface, cost monitoring against budget, invoice verification, and SAP software utilization for invoice and car fleet management.
2. Oversee contract management for Balenciaga Logistics, including drafting specifications and contract drafts, liaising with the legal department for approvals, managing contract renewals or terminations, tenders, and hospitality contracts.
3. Administer the company car fleet, including vehicle condition checks, orders, contract adjustments, and vehicle maintenance.
4. Provide operational and organizational support, including procurement of company uniforms, assisting colleagues with personal or health-related issues, conducting routine and extraordinary maintenance, managing special events, and overseeing reception duties.
5. Monitor energy consumption and photovoltaic production.

1. Minimum of two years of experience in similar roles.
2. Preferred degree in engineering or related fields.

2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Competency in SAP software.
4. Teamwork orientation.
5. Problem-solving abilities.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Flexibility and adaptability.
