Balenciaga Plant Controller

- Provide monthly reports based on internal requirements.
- Oversee the control of industrial costs, including direct, indirect, fixed, and variable expenses.
- Manage operational expenses and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
- Evaluate and monitor new investments and projects related to plant activities.
- Control inventory levels and analyze stock data.
- Collaborate with teams to develop budget and forecast plans.
- Define and share industrial KPIs to monitor plant performance.
- Prepare targeted analyses for specific operational areas such as Production Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse.
- Develop new analyses and enhance existing ones using a variety of databases and IT tools.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Plant Controller in an industrial setting, with expertise in Industrial and Financial Control.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of AS400, Stealth, JDE, WMS, MES; familiarity with PLM and SAP is preferred.
- Understanding of HFM.
- Strong precision, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A minimum of 4 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, focusing on financial and industrial control.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
