Balenciaga Plant Controller

1. Provide monthly reports based on internal requirements.
2. Oversee the control of industrial costs, including direct, indirect, fixed, and variable expenses.
3. Manage operational expenses and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
4. Evaluate and monitor new investments and projects related to plant activities.
5. Control inventory levels and analyze stock data.
6. Collaborate with teams to develop budget and forecast plans.
7. Define and share industrial KPIs to monitor plant performance.
8. Prepare targeted analyses for specific operational areas such as Production Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse.
9. Develop new analyses and enhance existing ones using a variety of databases and IT tools.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Plant Controller in an industrial setting, with expertise in Industrial and Financial Control.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

1. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
2. Knowledge of AS400, Stealth, JDE, WMS, MES; familiarity with PLM and SAP is preferred.
3. Understanding of HFM.
4. Strong precision, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Team-oriented with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A minimum of 4 years in a similar role within an industrial environment, focusing on financial and industrial control.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
