Balenciaga Performance Media Assistant (Internship)

- Support the Global Performance Media Manager in planning, activating and optimising acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Affiliation and Display.
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery with the media agency and external partners, from briefing and creative asset requests to technical setup and final reporting.
- Monitor daily performance and reallocate budgets to maximise revenue and ROAS across markets and channels.
- Analyse site traffic and multi‑channel user journeys to extract actionable insights that inform media planning and on‑going optimisation.
- Manage creative asset needs for performance campaigns and ensure all copy and visuals respect the Maison’s brand image.
- Produce campaign reports, ad hoc analyses and performance reviews to support strategic decisions.
- First professional experience in performance acquisition campaign management, with demonstrable work on SEA (including Shopping).
- Solid understanding of digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, Display), ideally from e‑commerce or agency exposure.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Highly organised, autonomous and solution‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise insights from complex, multi‑source data.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfortable preparing presentations in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio and GA4 is a strong advantage.

A first hands‑on experience managing performance acquisition campaigns is required, with particular emphasis on SEA (including Shopping). Experience gained in e‑commerce environments or specialised media/marketing agencies is preferred.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree or specialised programme in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
