Balenciaga Operations Manager

1. Adhere to P&L Budget for all operational areas; manage controllable expenses for the store, including but not limited to T&E, temporary support, and supplies.
2. Manage all Inventory Control activities including Shipping & Receiving, Cycle Counts, Transfers, RTVs, Negative on-hands, Damages and Repairs, Consignment Management.
3. Manage After Sales Program.
4. Prepare and manage Yearly Inventory Cycle.
5. Support, promote and assume responsibility for Loss Prevention in all areas of Risk Management, Physical Security, Store Cash Controls, Inventory Management, LP and Internal Audits.
6. Strategize in anticipating inventory levels and stock organization within the store and any off-site locations.
7. Oversee the timely and accurate balancing of operational functions inclusive of petty cash, mail checks and invoices.
8. Maintain thorough understanding of all processes, policies, and procedures. Ensure team adherence to Balenciaga retail operations and security procedures.
9. Ensure digital fluency and systems knowledge amongst the team, including training and education on POS, Inventory platforms and store digital tools.
10. Responsible for managing and maintaining the boutique schedule and bi-weekly payroll process.
11. Assist in the absence of Store and Assistant Store Manager.

1. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Proficient shipping and receiving experience.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong POS, inventory, and phone systems knowledge.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
6. Acute interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

Proficient experience in shipping and receiving, with a strong understanding of inventory control and management systems.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $80,000 USD to $90,000 USD.
