- Assist in the planning of new collections and showroom order-taking to ensure targeted launch plans in the Retail network and timely invoicing for Wholesale clients.
- Oversee daily tracking of retail and wholesale orders throughout the showroom duration and serve as the liaison with production regarding ordered quantities.
- Manage post-showroom activities such as code changes, order additions, and cancellations.
- Coordinate order adjustments based on production minimums and ensure these changes are accurately reflected in systems.
- Contribute to post-showroom production feedback across the entire collection.
- Develop purchase forecasts for upcoming collections and communicate with Supply Chain teams.
- Define planning based on collection size, development constraints, and desired launch timing.
- Support IT tool improvements and optimize Excel files for collection tracking.
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a successful initial experience in a similar role.
- Interest in information systems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
- Comfortable in an agile environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, and possessing a positive mindset.
A first successful experience in a similar role is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
