3. Oversee VIP communication strategies, fostering relationships with regional VIPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

10. Plan and execute high-impact events, including store openings, product launches, fashion shows, and VIC experiences.
11. Collaborate with the Retail Director and store teams on client targeting, vendor selection, and seamless event execution.
12. Oversee the development and execution of a regional gifting strategy, aligning with client preferences and budget allocations.
13. Evaluate event and gifting performance through key metrics such as client acquisition, engagement levels, and ROI.
14. Train and support retail teams on client engagement tools, best practices, and luxury service standards.
15. Oversee budget planning, tracking, and allocation to ensure alignment with regional business objectives.
16. Partner with retail managers, store teams, and external vendors to align on client initiatives and share best practices.
17. Liaise with event agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of client engagement and brand-building strategies.
