1. Execute production tasks following standardized processes to meet productivity and quality targets.
2. Prepare materials through skiving, splitting, and color application.
3. Assemble products with complex stitching and color finishing.
4. Identify and report quality issues, collaborating to find tailored solutions.
5. Propose improvement actions to enhance quality and reduce production time.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in leather goods production, preferably in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
2. Technical diploma or professional qualification, ideally in Textile, Clothing, and Fashion with a specialization in leather goods.

1. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
2. Continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work towards objectives and within team-defined timelines.
4. Strong communication skills and teamwork capability.
5. Flexibility.

A minimum of 5 years in leather goods production, with a preference for experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
