1. Previous experience in leather goods production environments, with a preference for backgrounds in Lean Manufacturing.
2. Technical diploma or professional qualification, preferably in Textile, Apparel, and Fashion, with a specialization in leather goods.

Experience in production settings within the leather goods sector is required, with a preference for familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
