Balenciaga Leather Goods Industrialization Technician

- Ensure CAD models are accurate in terms of geometry, sketches, placements, materials, and standardization notes.
- Verify that CAD models contain all necessary information for quality and repeatability in mass production.
- Provide information and assistance to Intermediate Processing and Quality teams.
- Offer industrial guidelines to suppliers to anticipate and prevent potential production issues, ensuring product uniformity.
- Authorize production by validating engineering tests according to company classification criteria.
- Proven technical experience in leather goods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and autonomous work management skills.
- Ability to structure work with precision and rigor.
- Stress resilience and goal orientation under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactivity and ability to intervene when necessary.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a highly dynamic environment.
Solid technical experience in the leather goods industry is required.
