1. Manage Time and Methods activities through workplace observation, time tracking, waste analysis, corrective action identification, and continuous improvement implementation.
2. Oversee the rebalancing of production lines or departments by analyzing assembly times to maximize efficiency.
3. Develop and deliver best practice training through one-point lessons, visual communication, SOP writing, and design workshops.
4. Create standard instructions and implement a visual management system.
5. Identify and coordinate workshops and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving production processes.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in managing cross-functional projects.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Knowledge of technical design software such as AutoCAD
3. Good command of the English language
4. Project Management skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills
6. Problem-solving orientation
7. Analytical and planning abilities

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in managing cross-functional projects.

Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
