Balenciaga Indirect Procurement Intern

- Support the Global Indirect Procurement Manager in optimizing expenditures across various categories including Store Planning, Retail, Events, HR, and Logistics.
- Identify and select new suppliers, managing supplier relationships and maintaining the supplier database.
- Identify opportunities for process and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal clients to gather requirements.
- Develop and manage tender processes including RFI and RFQ.
- Negotiate pricing, purchasing conditions, and service levels with suppliers.
- Promote best practices and ensure compliance with group policies, especially in Transport/Logistics.
- Establish contracts with legal team support.
- Monitor procurement performance indicators.
- Produce ad-hoc reports based on objectives.
- Regularly report on completed actions.
- Significant and successful prior experience in Procurement.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) with a specialization in Procurement.
- Autonomous, proactive, and dynamic.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Adaptability to complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Bilingual in English.
Significant prior experience in procurement, with international exposure being a plus.
Advanced degree (Master's level) with a specialization in Procurement.
