Balenciaga HR Project Coordinator

- Coordinate and monitor the execution of HR strategic priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives across regions and teams.
- Implement and monitor global employee engagement strategies and initiatives, including coordinating annual and pulse surveys.
- Support insight-to-action cycles by analyzing engagement data, facilitating action planning workshops, and tracking commitments and progress.
- Partner with Internal Communications to develop campaign content and change narratives.
- Suggest, execute, and monitor Inclusion & Diversity programs aligned with the company’s values and global strategy.
- Contribute to the production of recognition programs such as Work Anniversaries and Sainte Catherine.
- Support organizational transformation and change management through change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness plans.
- Coordinate the development of change materials, including FAQs, leader talking points, and training aids.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and well-being.
- Coordinate internal and external HR communication, propose editorial calendars, create content, and supervise deployment.
- Track benefits realization and produce relevant dashboards.
- Monitor HR trends and prepare option papers and executive summaries on demand.
- Previous experience coordinating HR or internal communications projects, preferably in luxury retail or global brands.
- Fluency in English and French; a third language is a plus.
- Agility in change management and a curious mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to turn insights into pragmatic actions.
- Excellent project management skills to deliver on time and within budget.
- High attention to detail and organizational processes.
- Effective communication skills for clear and impactful messaging.
Candidates should have prior experience in coordinating HR or internal communications projects, with a preference for those with experience in luxury retail or global brands.
