Balenciaga HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives for the Shoes and Ready-to-Wear Business Units.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
- Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, performance evaluation, professional development, and succession planning.
- Support organizational change through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Coach managers on leadership and professional development of their teams.
- Ensure effective communication and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing and organizing training activities, collaborating with external entities.
- Manage global initiatives and projects related to Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, and Work-life balance in collaboration with HR colleagues from HQ and other regions.
- 4-5 years of experience in HR within a structured organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Economics.
- Preferred Master's degree in HR.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the national territory, particularly to Novara for two days a week.
4-5 years of experience in HR within a structured organization.
Bachelor's degree in Humanities or Economics. Preferred Master's degree in HR.
