1. Partner with retail leaders to enhance staff performance through HR expertise.
2. Conduct effective store visits with the retail team to provide tailored HR solutions.
3. Analyze HR-related store KPIs to understand in-store HR dynamics.
4. Collaborate with office function leaders to provide HR consultancy.
5. Promote and execute HR projects and initiatives locally.
6. Work with function leaders to align manpower with business strategies.
7. Ensure optimal placement of personnel to boost productivity.
8. Provide business leaders with data-driven HR insights for decision-making.
9. Manage external consultants and vendors.
10. Oversee talent acquisition and development processes.
11. Conduct organization management reviews with HR Director and business leaders.
12. Drive local talent review processes in alignment with global standards.
13. Identify and implement people development programs based on business needs.
14. Create individual development plans in line with business and personal goals.
15. Monitor development plan progress and implement enhancements.
16. Nominate participants for training programs and external courses.
17. Act as a Brand Behaviour Ambassador to inspire organizational talent.
18. Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion with Kering Group initiatives.
19. Manage labor-related issues and support preventive actions.
20. Resolve employee relations matters in collaboration with management.
21. Serve as a reliable HR contact for employees.
22. Coordinate with external consultants and government agencies on HR matters.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HRBP or generalist roles
3. Experience in both strategic and operational HR functions
4. Project management expertise
5. Background in retail or FMCG industries

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles, with a background in both strategic and operational HR functions, preferably within the retail or FMCG industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR Management preferred.
