- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
- Manage media relations and secure strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee VIP communication strategies and foster relationships with regional VIPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Plan and optimize media buying across various channels and analyze PR performance.
- Lead regional client engagement initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Drive omnichannel efforts for a seamless and personalized client experience.
- Oversee client data accuracy, segmentation, and CRM strategy execution.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, including store openings and product launches.
- Collaborate with the Retail Director and store teams on client targeting and event execution.
- Oversee the development and execution of a regional gifting strategy.
- Train and support retail teams on client engagement tools and luxury service standards.
- Oversee budget planning and allocation to align with regional business objectives.
- Partner with retail managers and external vendors to align on client initiatives.
- Extensive experience in marketing and client engagement within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication and PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Experience in managing VIP relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and client engagement roles within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on the Middle Eastern market.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
