- Gather and convey design specifications from the Style Office to suppliers for prototype and sample creation.
- Engineer models to optimize production time and material consumption.
- Collaborate with suppliers on production methods and technologies to ensure cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Identify technical solutions to meet statistical and quality requirements during production.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in the footwear industry.
- Proficient understanding of footwear processes, including structures, molds, uppers, lasts, and materials.
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Teamwork orientation and ability to interface with various stakeholders.
