Balenciaga Financial Controlling Specialist

- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, in compliance with Group reporting standards and procedures.
- Analyze variances between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.
- Collaborate closely with the Shared Service Accounting team to ensure accurate statutory and reporting account management.
- Execute cost control and analysis, leveraging support from Shared Service teams such as Human Resources, Travel, and General Services.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Operations teams and Headquarters.
- Conduct analysis and monitoring of capital expenditures (capex).
- Follow initiatives to improve control processes and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms in collaboration with Operational and MIS teams.
- Degree in Economics or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in an industrial sector or structured consultancy firm.
- Proven accounting or tax expertise.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactivity.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Teamwork aptitude.
1-2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role within the industrial sector or a structured consultancy firm.
Degree in Economics or related fields.
