- Proactively manage the CCO’s calendar, priorities and daily agendas to ensure optimal time allocation and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and organize meetings involving the CCO, including internal leadership forums, ComEx, project reviews and external engagements; prepare agendas and supporting materials in advance.
- Plan, book and manage complex travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transport) and related logistics, adapting swiftly to last‑minute changes and ensuring travel documentation is in order.
- Prepare and consolidate meeting documentation: weekly business review summaries, ComEx and management briefs, pre‑reads and executive summaries.
- Take minutes during key meetings; track decisions, action items and owners; follow up systematically to ensure progress and closure.
- Manage expense reports, travel authorizations, absence requests and other administrative processes linked to the CCO’s scope.
- Coordinate transversal projects across multiple functions: consolidate inputs, align timelines, maintain trackers and ensure continuity between meetings.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CCO by identifying gaps, risks or inconsistencies ahead of meetings and proposing improvements to templates, reporting and follow‑up tools.
- Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting a C‑level executive.
- Exceptional organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to consolidate complex information into concise summaries.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong coordination and follow‑up orientation with basic project management capability.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams; anticipatory and proactive mindset.

Proven track record as a senior executive assistant or PA supporting C‑level leadership, with hands‑on experience managing executive calendars, complex travel, meeting preparation and cross‑functional project coordination. Experience in a fast‑moving corporate or luxury retail environment is highly valued.
