Balenciaga E-Business Projects Intern

- Contribute to the preparation of the Headless migration by managing content elements such as pages, texts, and assets in the back office.
- Update product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system to enhance the customer journey.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new website features prior to production deployment.
- Conduct non-regression testing to ensure developer modifications do not adversely affect the website.
- Coordinate translations with regional teams and translation agencies, ensuring updates to balenciaga.com.
- Monitor and report website incidents, tracking bug resolutions.
- Perform monthly order tests and conduct e-commerce and customer service benchmarks.
- University degree or business school education.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in English for daily communication in an international setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Contentful, Algolia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and PIM (Akeneo) is advantageous.
- Interest in UX and a good understanding of the luxury industry.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with e-commerce and digital projects is beneficial.
University degree or business school education.
