Balenciaga E-Business Projects & Operations Intern

- Support content contributions for Balenciaga websites across various countries.
- Report and follow up on website bugs to ensure timely resolution.
- Benchmark luxury eCommerce best practices and provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist in A/B testing setup and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate in the development and launch of eCommerce projects and features.
- Monitor client preorders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate translations of new features with external agencies and regional teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Conduct monthly test orders to evaluate the user journey from browsing to returns.
- Support Client Services teams with cases related to returns, exchanges, and product details.
- Analyze post-purchase customer feedback to enhance the eCommerce customer journey.
- Liaise with regional eCommerce teams, warehouses, and Kering.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
- Successful first experience in project management or e-commerce.
- Passion for User Experience (UX), eCommerce, and customer experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proactive and fast-learner with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous and flexible with a strong initiative in projects.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Salesforce, PIM, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint.
A successful first experience in project management or e-commerce is required.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
