Balenciaga E-Business Projects & Operations Intern

1. Support content contributions for Balenciaga websites across various countries.
2. Report and follow up on website bugs to ensure timely resolution.
3. Benchmark luxury eCommerce best practices and provide strategic recommendations.
4. Assist in A/B testing setup and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
5. Participate in the development and launch of eCommerce projects and features.
6. Monitor client preorders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Coordinate translations of new features with external agencies and regional teams.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
9. Conduct monthly test orders to evaluate the user journey from browsing to returns.
10. Support Client Services teams with cases related to returns, exchanges, and product details.
11. Analyze post-purchase customer feedback to enhance the eCommerce customer journey.
12. Liaise with regional eCommerce teams, warehouses, and Kering.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
2. Successful first experience in project management or e-commerce.
3. Passion for User Experience (UX), eCommerce, and customer experience.
4. Fluent in French and English.

1. Proactive and fast-learner with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
2. Autonomous and flexible with a strong initiative in projects.
3. Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Salesforce, PIM, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint.

A successful first experience in project management or e-commerce is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or enrolled in a Business School program.
