Balenciaga E-business Performance Analyst Intern

1. Monitor daily sales against targets and assist in preparing weekly and monthly business reviews.
2. Collect, analyze, and report eCommerce key performance indicators for top management and executives.
3. Contribute to the enhancement of analysis tools and reporting processes.
4. Support the development of dashboards and data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker Studio) to track customer journeys and sales trends.
5. Conduct ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders such as buyers, e-merchandising, and CRM teams, focusing on new launches or product performance.
6. Assist in monitoring and reporting on e-retail performance.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in business, data analytics, marketing, or digital fields.
2. Previous experience in a business intelligence or analyst role is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in BI and web analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics is preferred.
4. Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and formulas.
5. Fluency in English.
