1. Implement action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager or Store Director and ensure their effective execution.
2. Serve as a communication conduit between the Store Manager/Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure the consistent execution of Balenciaga's signature client experience.
6. Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability, HR, and stock organization.

1. Proven successful experience in sales and managing sales teams.

4. High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

A successful track record in sales and managing sales teams is required.
