2. Serve as a communication conduit between the Store Manager/Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure the consistent execution of Balenciaga's signature client experience.
6. Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability, HR, and stock organization.
