Balenciaga Department Manager

- Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with retail headquarters and the boutique director.
- Provide qualitative feedback and constructive reporting to managers and team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture internally and externally.
- Ensure a seamless and consistent Balenciaga customer experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clients, from new customers to Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Create and maintain a positive and stimulating work environment.
- Motivate and challenge managers and team to achieve excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR management processes.
- Optimize weekly and monthly team schedules.
- Propose improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of luxury fashion market trends.
- Significant managerial experience in luxury retail with a team of at least five members.
- Expertise in clienteling with a robust client portfolio.
- Adaptable, open-minded, attentive, curious, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.
Significant experience as a manager in luxury retail, leading a team of at least five individuals.
