Balenciaga Department Manager

- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Manager, ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Analyze business results using corporate reports to inform strategy.
- Assign and communicate quantitative and qualitative goals to department teams.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Store Manager and team.
- Foster relationships with Inventory and Buying stakeholders, proactively communicating needs.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition, and keep the store team informed of performance.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and HR to identify, attract, and retain talent.
- Motivate and challenge the team to drive business results and job satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining a motivated and competent team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clients from beginners to VVICs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Execute weekly and monthly team planning and communicate with the Store Manager.
- Challenge and improve current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commitment to participate in innovative projects.
- Product sensitivity and strong market/fashion trend knowledge.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience.
- Significant experience in the luxury industry with a client portfolio.
- Clienteling mindset focused on engagement and loyalty.
- Precision and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in digital skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
