1. Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment.

10. Participate in reporting activities.
11. Manage stock organization, replenishments, deliveries, and inventories.
12. Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers with stockists.
13. Ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines (grooming, stock, cash handling, visual merchandising).
14. Uphold the brand's values.
