1. Implement action plans as defined with the Store Director and ensure effective follow-up.
2. Act as a liaison between the Store Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
3. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
4. Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, promoting professional growth through training and coaching.
5. Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
