1. Manage a variety of cases related to commercial law, economic law, and data privacy.
2. Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial contracts including distribution agreements, procurement contracts, and service agreements.
3. Provide legal support to retail teams on consumer law-related matters, including pre-litigation and litigation management.
4. Review and negotiate Data Processing Agreements for various projects and departments.
5. Act as a legal ambassador for cross-functional projects within the Group, implementing common IT tools.
6. Contribute to the implementation of the Maison's legal policy, including legal monitoring and drafting explanatory memos for operational teams.

1. Master's degree in Business Law.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting or law firm, preferably within the retail sector.
3. Strong knowledge of business law, particularly contract law, consumer law, and data privacy law.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

4. Proficiency in legal research and documentation.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment or law firm, ideally within the retail industry.
