Balenciaga Corporate Financial Controller Intern

1. Act as a business partner to operational teams by monitoring G&A costs and animating budget cycles.
2. Support monthly close activities in collaboration with the Accounting department.
3. Monitor and analyse office-related expenses (rent, utilities, facilities services).
4. Control and oversee budgetary performance for Corporate HQ functions (HR, Legal, Store Planning).
5. Prepare provisions and perform intercompany reconciliations with the Kering group.
6. Analyse variances between forecasts and actuals, identifying risks and opportunities.
7. Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts with operational managers.
8. Produce and distribute monthly financial reporting and ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making.

1. Enrolled in or holding a Master 1 or Master 2 (equivalent to Master’s level) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Business Management.
2. First practical experience (internship or work‑study) in Audit, Management Control or Corporate Finance is an advantage.
3. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, HFM or Power BI is a plus.
4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
5. Methodical, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
6. Genuine interest in the luxury sector and corporate environments.
7. Professional working proficiency in English.

Master’s level (Master 1 or Master 2) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Business/Management.
