1. Manage the procurement of components for ready-to-wear collections.
2. Source, develop, and refine components.
3. Oversee component purchasing for press collections.
4. Coordinate information flow between development, finished product, workshop, and stock teams.
5. Validate nomenclature sheets and tone-on-tone matches.
6. Manage and track orders, including supplier follow-ups.
7. Control inventory levels.
8. Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers.
9. Implement tracking tools and analytical reports.
10. Oversee quality control processes.
11. Conduct detailed reviews.
12. Reference and code in PLM systems.
13. Verify billing through Esker.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PLM software. Knowledge of Esker is advantageous.
2. Attention to detail and methodical approach.
3. Strong teamwork abilities.
4. Fluent in English.

A minimum of three years in a similar purchasing coordination role within the fashion industry is required.
