3. Design and oversee a 360° client engagement strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and upgrade.
4. Develop and structure the global VIC strategy, including segmentation, governance, and differentiated engagement models.
5. Oversee the identification, recruitment, and development of high-potential and top clients.
6. Lead the global CRM strategy and ensure consistent, optimized deployment across regions.
7. Drive client activation through retail initiatives and exclusive on-site and off-site experiences.
8. Elevate boutique-led activations and differentiated retail concepts with global consistency.
9. Define and govern the global gifting and client attention strategy with clear success metrics.
10. Embed best-in-class clienteling standards and ensure strong team adoption.
11. Oversee global client insights, data quality, and continuous improvement of data collection practices.
