- Define and lead the global client engagement roadmap aligned with business and marketing priorities.
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor performance and support retail growth.
- Design and oversee a 360° client engagement strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, and upgrade.
- Develop and structure the global VIC strategy, including segmentation, governance, and differentiated engagement models.
- Oversee the identification, recruitment, and development of high-potential and top clients.
- Lead the global CRM strategy and ensure consistent, optimized deployment across regions.
- Drive client activation through retail initiatives and exclusive on-site and off-site experiences.
- Elevate boutique-led activations and differentiated retail concepts with global consistency.
- Define and govern the global gifting and client attention strategy with clear success metrics.
- Embed best-in-class clienteling standards and ensure strong team adoption.
- Oversee global client insights, data quality, and continuous improvement of data collection practices.
- Implement standardized performance frameworks to maximize ROI and client lifetime value.
- Lead and develop the global client organization by setting clear standards and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and partner closely with regions to align client strategy with local business priorities.
