1. Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening strong customer relationships.
2. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
3. Address and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
4. Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
6. Understand and implement company procedures and policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion companies.
2. Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

1. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and digital tools.

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
