1. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
2. Act as a host for customers, fostering strong customer relationships.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
5. Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
6. Support compliance with all store processes and procedures.

1. Prior experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
2. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

1. Product and fashion sensitivity with a keen understanding of fashion trends.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly within a multinational brand, is preferred.
