Balenciaga Associate Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in leading the store to achieve sales and KPI targets while ensuring adherence to procedures and guidelines.
- Oversee brand engagement activities to maximize store potential and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Act as the Store Manager's deputy, executing tasks assigned by headquarters and the Store Manager.
- Manage floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, display, customer service, and operations.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals and lead the staff accordingly.
- Assist in managing and building the team, ensuring alignment with Balenciaga's signature customer experience.
- Enhance customer loyalty and retention through exemplary service.
- Support inventory activities and supervise stock management.
- Proven experience in successfully managing a team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up on results.
- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the brand's image and values.
- Ability to develop a clienteling mindset and enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Capability to assist the Store Manager in building a motivated and competent team, aware of the latest fashion and luxury industry trends.
