Associate Store Manager

1. Lead the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets while adhering to procedures and guidelines.
2. Act as the brand engagement leader to maximize store potential through qualitative and quantitative goals.
3. Assist the Store Manager in managing floor coverage, sales enhancement, visual merchandising, and customer service.
4. Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and continuously evaluate outcomes.
5. Monitor local competitors and business environment.
6. Provide feedback to the flagship store manager and report on requested matters.
7. Support the Store Manager in achieving specific qualitative and quantitative goals.
8. Execute and follow up on action plans established by headquarters and the flagship store manager.
9. Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve them.
10. Foster a positive work environment and support the store team in embodying brand behaviors.
11. Motivate and challenge the store team daily.
12. Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention.
13. Ensure excellent client experiences and maintain the store atmosphere in line with the brand image.
14. Oversee clienteling activities and ensure compliance with headquarters guidelines.
15. Manage customer complaints and related sales procedures.
16. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal regulations.
