Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions within the store.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and conduct constant assessments.
- Support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to headquarters.
- Share information with the store team.
- Monitor the business environment, including local competition.
- Provide high-quality feedback and requested reports to the Store Director.
- Lead the Department Managers in achieving targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Implement action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director and ensure follow-up.
- Update the store team on KPIs and support them in achieving these targets.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Motivate and challenge the team daily.
- Support the Store Director in setting up team and individual activities.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Manage the Department Managers and support them in their activities.
- Ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image.
- Supervise sales to ensure client satisfaction and maintain Balenciaga qualitative standards.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
Qualifications
- Commitment to take part in an innovative project.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position managing a minimum of 10 people.
- Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Successful managerial experience of a team with the ability to set goals, delegate work, and follow up results.
- High sensitivity to clients’ experience and loyalty.

Experience Requirements
