- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, and client service.
- Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct ongoing assessments.
- Support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to headquarters.
- Communicate business insights and updates to the store team.
- Monitor the local business environment and competition.
- Lead Department Managers in achieving quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
- Update the store team on KPIs and provide support to achieve them.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, embodying brand behaviors.
- Motivate and challenge the team daily, supporting their development.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the store.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Oversee clienteling approaches and ensure the store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a cost-conscious approach to protect the company's bottom line.
- Process payroll, maintain schedules, and ensure staff adherence to attendance policies.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Commitment to participating in an innovative project.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of 10 or more.
- Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
- Proven ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
