1. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, and client service.
2. Analyze sales results daily, weekly, and monthly, and conduct ongoing assessments.
3. Support the Store Director in reporting relevant information to headquarters.
4. Communicate business insights and updates to the store team.
5. Monitor the local business environment and competition.
6. Lead Department Managers in achieving quantitative and qualitative targets.
7. Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
8. Update the store team on KPIs and provide support to achieve them.
9. Create and maintain a positive work environment, embodying brand behaviors.
10. Motivate and challenge the team daily, supporting their development.
11. Attract, develop, and retain talent within the store.
12. Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
13. Oversee clienteling approaches and ensure the store atmosphere aligns with brand image.
14. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal requirements.
15. Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
16. Maintain a cost-conscious approach to protect the company's bottom line.
17. Process payroll, maintain schedules, and ensure staff adherence to attendance policies.
18. Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

2. At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing a team of 10 or more.
3. Significant sales experience in the luxury retail industry.
4. Proven ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
